RETURNS

Please keep in mind that all our blinds and shades are custom made to our clients specific needs as such, we cannot offer a refund or exchange (remake) unless a product is defective for the following reasons:

  1. If there is a defect in material or workmanship.
  2. Something does not work properly
  3. Error was made at our production facility,

Our Blinds department or Warehouse team will return to the jobsite, replace or repair the same product in the same size you ordered at no cost to you for up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
Please note our blinds are custom made to exact specifications. Please take into consideration the following before you finalize your order:

  • Blinds production begins immediately after payment. Once your order is submitted and the manufacturing process has started, under no circumstance can we refund any money or issue any credits for a purchase.
  • All other product orders can be can cancelled within 24 hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@cwinteriors.com or call us at 868-674-0000.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

According to the criteria established above, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or contact you via phone to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours..
